This representation is to bring to your kind notice, the various allegations against Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy, sitting Judge of the Andra Pradesh High Court, over the past many years, that amount to abuse of office, particularly nepotism and atrocities against the Dalit community. Some of these are elaborated below with a request to kindly initiate In House Proceedings against Justice C. V. Nagarjuna Reddy on complete perusal of this complaint. As a Campaign for Judicial Accountability and Reforms, we strongly believe that a judicial officer shall not lend the prestige of judicial office to advance his private interest, or the private interests of another person, nor should he convey the appearance that others are in a special position to influence him. He must not do anything which will undermine popular confidence in the administration of justice. Hence this complaint against Justice Nagarjuna Reddy.
